My care is grounded in intuition, evidence, and your voice. I’ve built a reputation for showing up powerfully, without ego, and helping birthing families feel seen, safe, and strong. I’m not just a birth doula. I’m a professional birth photographer, a childbirth educator, and I train and mentor new doulas. Sarah is one of the PNW’s most experienced doulas. She has been a full time birth doula, birth photographer, childbirth educator and doula mentor since 2008 and has attended over 900 births in that time. Sarah is married to her husband of 25 years and they have 3 children and 2 cats. She is passionate about autonomy and helping women achieve a positive birth experience as well as teaching and guiding the next generation of birth doulas.
